Please retain your order paperwork and any emails regarding your purchase, as they may contain important information for processing returns or exchanges.


Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned. All sales are final.

  • Manuals & Printed Material
  • Hazardous materials and chemicals (paint, primer, grease, solvent, lubricant, sealant, silicone, glue, cleaner, stabilizer, oils, batteries, etc.)
  • Items from our "Vintage Parts Category"

Conditions for Return Merchandise

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • In original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us First
    Before returning any item, please email our Customer Service team at parts@propowersports.ca within 30 days of your delivery. We strongly prefer email communication, as it allows us to respond more efficiently. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and guide you through the process.

  2. Return Shipping
    You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and traceable returns. If a return shipping label is required, the cost will be deducted from your refund.


Restocking Fee:

  • All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be calculated based on the original purchase price.
  • This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs associated with processing returns.
  • Customized, special-order, or personalized items are subject to this fee if returned.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at parts@propowersports.ca. To ensure we can assist you quickly and efficiently, we require pictures of the damage (including photos of the item, packaging, and any visible defects). This will help us process your claim.

  • Refuse the Package: If you notice apparent shipping damage at the time of delivery, please refuse the package. This ensures that the carrier takes responsibility for the damage.
  • Accepted Delivery with Damage: If you’ve already accepted the package and later discover damage, please email us at parts@propowersports.ca immediately.
  • Save All Packaging: Keep all original packaging material and paperwork (such as shipping labels) as they are essential for filing a damage claim.
  • Do Not Return the Item Yourself: If you attempt to return the damaged item on your own, this may jeopardize our chances of making a claim with the carrier, and you could lose eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive the necessary documentation (photos and packaging), we’ll guide you through the process of either a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
